Player Deliberately Exposes his Cards or a Card.
When a poker player exposes one of his cards be sure
that this is not likely to be an accident even if the player wants it to look
like it is. This Poker tell is not much use for online poker. However in
live poker games having an opponent expose his cards in the middle of betting is
usually a sign of weakness. What the player will likely do is expose one of his
cards to you in a way that looks accidental and this card will be a strong card.
When the poker player does this you can be almost certain he has a much weaker
hand then what he is trying to sell you on. If you think about this situation
logically you will come to the same conclusion. Why would a poker player that
has a strong hand want you to know that he has it? Wouldn’t he be more likely
to convey a weak hand so he could get paid off? That should be the question that
should come up first in your mind. Having said that there are sometimes where a
really tricky poker player will expose a weak card to you in order to get you to
call. You get the idea here? Either way the poker hand is exactly the opposite
of what is being presented. Now no poker tell is 100 percent however you can be
fairly certain that when someone is exposing a card to you they are trying to
convey something to you its is no an accident. Especially if you have a player
that usually guards his cards. So lets rehash this for a moment. When a poker
player exposes a card to you that is strong it is likely a bluff if the player
exposes a weak card it is likely a much stronger hand. So watch this at your
next poker game and see what happens. When someone exposes a hand to me I always
think to myself why would a player expose their cards to me?
