Part of the Prima network

I signed up for a $3k match Bonus. Cool.

I missed the bit about the raked hand reqs being contributed raked hands, but no bother.

SO I ask to withdraw, effectively nullifying my Bonus.
'no' they say. You HAVE to meet the reqs before you withdraw.

SO I have my whole fucking bankroll stuck on a site who won’t let me have it back.

Wow that is insane. So they are basically holding your money hostage. That should not be possible for them to do. To not give you the bonus is one thing but for them to not allow you to withdraw money you deposited is total crap. I would try and get a hold of prima network directly. Call support and speak to a manager and see if that solves the problems. I have never herd of this. However I have had a poker room switch networks and loose my money. Luckily it was not as much as you are talking about #k is a lot of money to be out. How did you deposit the money in? That maybe another option is to contact them and see if they can reverse the transaction at all. Good luck man this is a really terrible situation. I would definitely talk to prima networks support and take this as high up as you can. If a manager cant help find out who is up the ladder and start climbing.

That is nice information to know. I am glad that I read things like this before I ever go into the places and put money in. I will be very caution now with all places.
