What do you do after a bad beat? Do you go on tilt?

I like to just take a break for a few minutes and regain my composure before I go back into the fight. In boxing if you take one on the chin and go back in too soon you'll get knocked out. Poker can be similar. :lol:

Maybe put my head down breath in and out for a minute, then shake the hand of the guy who beat me and just sit back down and concentrate on the next hand. You have to let these things go to be successful
