You have to love people calling with crap that they should not even be in the hand with and then calling a preflop raise and a half the pot size bet on the flop. I raised 3 times the blinds in good position with Aq the donkey that limped in with K5 in early position calls everyone else folds. The flop comes 57A. I bet half the pot or a little more then half. He calls the turn is K he checks I bet again he calls. The river is a blank I bet 2500 again of course he calls now with his two pair. I lost half my stack on this hand which cost me a money spot in the tournament. I still made it to the final table and down to about 5 people but he hamstrung me with that crap. The funny part is he did not even make it to the final ten. So the only thing that happened is that I got screwed out of a money finish thanks to the King 5 who called incorrectly preflop and post flop to get lucky on the turn. This is why I hater these 5 dollar home games. They are easy to beat but then you have these kinds of fun things happening where someone gets lucky on you and will get lucky on you. Any advice on what I should have done differently I don’t see it. I have had the Kings 2 and K 5 do this before just aggravating as hell most of the time you come out ahead but when you don’t it sure does suck.

Man I had the same thing happen yesterday 3 times in a row i lost a sit and go because of some bs. First I flop trips Queens the other guy catches a straight after calling a huge preflop raise with 89 suited. Then I am playing another sit and go and this is a very loose game. The blinds are hi and I make it 3 times the blinds to go which is about one third my stack. This other guy pushes all in he had done this with any two face cards and AK. Then this other chaser super loose poker player reraises I call for the rest of my stack with 1010 which the way these guys had been playing was likely the best hand. Sure enough I am facing 33 and 99. The f in river gives the guy that reraised which put me all in a 9 and I am hosed. The third game actually I made a bad call on so not a big deal. I swear sometimes it just seems like the poker room is against you and you flop a smaller monster or you have the best hand starting off and get donkey punched by the river. Ohh well shite happens I guess just a bad day. After that I just quit for the day. Back to do battle again tonight

I have seen that happen a lot when watching on TV. I have seen people stay in with nothing and watch people leave with what I though could have won, and it would have.
