OK today was my last day to play at pokershootout.com . I been playing there a while off and on and today they did something that just pissed me off to the point where I don’t care if they are the last online poker room on the planet I wont play there again. I am playing in a big tournament and I am doing real good. All of the sudden the poker room client crashes. I try to log back in and it keeps telling me over nad over again that my user name or password are. So after rebooting my system and all that good stuff. I finally get a hold of support. Well check this out. It turns out that they decide to do an update to hte poker room client in the middle of the day which is what caused the problem. The guy at support was totally short with me about it when I told him that that cost me money. So I finally get back in to the poker tournament. I have 6000 in chips and the blinds were 300 when I got back i had 2000 in chips and the blidns were 800. So essentially they messed me over. I managed to get in 30th place which wasn’t what I should have gotten. So I told them about it and got an I am sorry. So I am sorry too and I told them I will never play at pokershootout.com again. Pokershootou.com is an affiliated card room with bet cris. I will try one of their other rooms and se how that goes but I can not recommend poker shootout to anyone after this. If you have had any other experiences with them please post them. I am wondering if anyone else has had a bad experience with them.
