Most casino operations offer tournaments with various buy in’s from as little as 5 dollars to 100’2 and 1000’s. Best thing is to try a low limit guy in until you gain some skill. Tournaments are usually played with blinds increasing ever so often. This can be anywhere form 8 min to 60 minutes depending on the tournament. You will start of with as little as 1000 in chips to 10000 in chips it all depends on the format. In a casino there will be a tournament director and each table will have a dealer, which will actually be able to help you a bit and will deal out the cards and split pots an handle anything that has to do with the running of the game at your table.
